- 1 / 5By Warren GibbsVery disappointing service today. Arrived at 7:40 PM and ordered an iced coffee only to have the employee tell me they had "already cleaned the machine so they couldn't do it". The iced coffee I was ordering was a free one as I frequent the store so much they sent me a free large drink. I'm sure the employees want to get out as quickly after 8:00 PM as possible but to turn away a frequent customer is laughable.
As a business owner in the service industry I am shocked by this service. To make it worse this employee was very smug and almost condescending about it. Apparently the 17 years he has been walking the planet makes him exempt from acting respectful and professional. This person would not last a week at our company.July 28, 2016
